Oh me oh my. I forgot to write a post on Pudding’s five year adoptaversary. What a poor putty tat. Nobody wuvs Puddin, no *scritch scritch*
Pudding was about three and a half years old when I brought her home five years ago, which makes her about eight and a half now. She is becoming an Old Lady Cat. Something about her hips has become old and tired. Though she sometimes runs up and down the halls, she doesn’t play like she used to. She sleeps all day to avoid the toddler, and comes out after Mimi’s bedtime.
She is more of a lap kitty than ever now, this one. All she wants is a warm place to curl up and have her ears scritched.
She appreciates treats now too, which is a welcome change.
She never causes problems. She was always well-behaved, and with age has come sedate dignity.
What a poppet. We love you, Pudding.
