Smoothies: the second one went down well… so well in fact that Mimi gave herself brain freeze. Then the rest of the smoothie went on the floor. I haven’t tried another one yet. I should try ones that aren’t ice-cream-cold.
Sweet potato coconut puree: from the book Weelicious, this is a puree of sweet potato, cinnamon, and coconut milk. Mimi is deeply suspicious of orange vegetables and of purees. She hasn’t tasted it yet. But there’s more, and we have time.
Raw vegetables: BINGO! Ding ding ding ding ding! Tiny sweet peppers (pictured above), celery, carrots, cucumber, sugar snap peas, and broccoli all go down like a charm. Actually, she doesn’t have enough teeth to get very far with them yet, but she’s happy to try and that’s what matters.

one word: YONANAS
I think you’re right.
She eats a decent variety of foods but there are plenty of things she flat out won’t try. It’s easy to give her a good diet at home, but hard to take her anywhere.
How about a sweet potato/coconut milk smoothie? Or, a pumpkin flavored smoothie?
