Subtitled, “not an unmitigated disaster”
Peppermint bark wasn’t part of my master plan for this Christmas, but I got inspired. Turns out confectionery and I just don’t mix. I wanted to use a wood grain tool to make very, very pretty bark like Martha Stewart does. I’m not Martha Stewart and it didn’t work. I ended up drawing lines and swirls in the chocolate with a fork, and well, it could be worse. Yay me.
